Account & Data Deletion — Quizbash

Delete Your Quizbash Account

Quizbash gives you full control over your account and data. You may delete your account at any time using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)

You can delete your account directly from within the Quizbash app:

1. Open the Quizbash app

2. Go to Settings

3. Select Delete Account

4. Confirm your request

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email or Form

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting us.

Email:
Send an email to team@quizbash.co from the email address associated with your Quizbash account.
Please include the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request”

Or:
Submit a request using the form below.
(Your form can auto-set the subject to “Account Deletion Request – Quizbash”.)

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your Quizbash account profile

• Quiz history and gameplay data

• Collectible cards and progression

• User-generated content associated with your account

Data Retention

Some information may be retained for a limited period if required for:

• Legal or regulatory compliance

• Fraud prevention

• Billing or transaction records

Any retained data is securely stored and automatically deleted once no longer required.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within X days.
(You can safely say 7–30 days. I recommend “within 30 days” to give yourself buffer.)
