    Welcome to QuizBash! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuizBash mobile application ("App") operated by Brickworks Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using QuizBash, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS



    By creating an account or using QuizBash, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

    2. ELIGIBILITY



    You must be at least 13 years of age to use QuizBash. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

    3. USER ACCOUNTS



    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    4. USER CONDUCT



    You agree not to:



    • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

    • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

    • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

    • Create quiz content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights

    • Use automated systems or bots to access the App

    5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT



    QuizBash uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate quiz questions, answers, and commentary based on topics you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:



    • Quiz content is generated by AI and should be treated as entertainment

    • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated questions or answers

    • AI-generated content should not be relied upon for educational, professional, or critical decisions

    • We reserve the right to filter or reject quiz topics that violate our content guidelines

    6. CONTENT MODERATION



    To maintain a safe environment, we employ automated content moderation systems including AI-powered image analysis for profile pictures and text filtering for usernames and quiz content. Content that violates our community guidelines may be automatically rejected or flagged for review. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines.

    7. USER CONTENT



    You retain ownership of any quizzes, questions, or other content you create ("User Content"). By uploading User Content to QuizBash, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

    8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY



    The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Brickworks Studio LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our express written permission.

    9. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS



    Certain features of QuizBash may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice.



    For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:



    • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

    • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

    • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

    • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase

    • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

    10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES



    THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

    11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY



    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRICKWORKS STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

    12. INDEMNIFICATION



    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brickworks Studio LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

    13. TERMINATION



    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

    14. GOVERNING LAW



    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Brickworks Studio LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION



    Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

    16. CHANGES TO TERMS



    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
